An interesting development has just arisen with how Facebook allows businesses to advertise to its users. In the near future we’ll see what Facebook calls “sponsored results.” This is advertising that comes from the search bar when you look up a certain app or Page. The sponsored ads will be put on specific search terms instead of broad search terms, probably to avoid the annoyance of seeing an ad every time you type in a word. This could be another helpful tool for your nonprofit in conquering the beast that is social media.
