With the beginning of October comes the beginning of the month-long awareness of breast cancer. And, in response, Razo has launched their PinkGiving Campaign. If they get 50,000 likes by the end of the month, they’ll donate $40,000 to four outstanding organizations that are fighting to end breast cancer.
Now, not only do we encourage you to like their page, but also consider if your nonprofit can use this month as a unique marketing opportunity. Is breast cancer at all related to your cause? If not, is there any way you can tie it in? (Perhaps donate a small fraction of your funds raised this year to a breast cancer focused nonprofit?)
It’s a cause that hits home for millions of people, and your nonprofit would be wise to consider getting involved somehow.
