Innovation is important. It’s what keeps your nonprofit fresh and always thinking. But to put all your resources into innovation to look for the next “big thing” isn’t a smart idea. Some may tell you that innovation is the key to staying afloat and surviving these tough times. We are here to tell you that innovation isn’t king and shouldn’t be treated that way. Instead it should be thought as another tool in your shed, not the ultimate tool to end all tools.
