Tools like social media, QR codes and mobile technology all benefit your nonprofit, but these tools will do nothing if you have a weak foundation. They are made to help build and construct the foundation of a house, not be a house. Let’s be honest, it would look pretty awkward if your house were made of screwdrivers and hammers.
Focus first on what the brand and goals of your nonprofit are. After focusing on the basics and analyzing the structure of your organization, then you can apply the tools to solidify its success.
