Who Are You as a Nonprofit?

Just like humans, a nonprofit can have a different personality that is completely different than another nonprofit. And that is what makes nonprofits and their employees so special. It becomes a problem when your nonprofit isn’t able to figure out what its personality is.

Defining what type of organization you are is an important step in figuring out strategy and how you want to fundraise. Ultimately you want to find donors and employees who fit your personality, which will create a cohesiveness that you wouldn’t see if you hadn’t defined yourself.
