[Thankful Thursday] Oh, What a Year It Has Been

The world is full of some genuinely kind and talented people—and in the nonprofit sector, we’re lucky enough to have an abundance of those types. Because of you world-changers, we have the opportunity to do what we love every day, which involves helping nonprofits be even better. For that, we can’t thank you enough.

Looking back on our year thus far, Dr. Seuss warned us about the places we’d go and the things we’d do. So maybe he wasn’t talking specifically to us, but we can dream, right? We’ve seen a steady increase in readership, and we’re grateful for both our faithful followers and those newcomers who are just finding out about us. We’d be nothing without you. This past year, we’ve seen a growth in our free bi-monthly printed magazine, we continue to send out our top online articles each week through the hubcap and we’ve expanded our Nonprofit Hub University to include more classes and resources.

In addition, we’re excited and thankful for the opportunity to grow in 2016. So from all of us at Nonprofit Hub, Happy Thanksgiving—and may your holiday season be a time to relax and be with family and friends.

We know it can also be stressful from here to year-end, with #GivingTuesday, the final year-end fundraising push and getting next year’s marketing and budget in order. But as Dr. Seuss said,

“You’re off to great places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So… get on your way!”
