Remaining stagnant is never a solid business plan, especially for nonprofits. Your nonprofit needs to continue to push forward, finding new challenges to tackle. But this is probably more important to remember with regards to your employees.
Most people, whether they admit it or not, don’t like to be underutilized. That’s why you always need to keep your employees involved and working on new things. Make sure to have a plan of attack, and have a clear road set for your employees to be as productive as they can. If you aren’t moving forward, you’re only taking steps backward.
