So you made it through the door, you got the job and you are seemingly happy with where you are. But will you still be happy with your nonprofit job a couple of years from now?

Nowadays the turnover rate for jobs is fairly high with young professionals. It’s rare to see a 20- or 30-year-old stick with a job longer than 5 years. Sometimes, though, after spending a significant amount of time with the same nonprofit, it is just the right time to move on to other opportunities. Remember, life is short and you only get one chance. Don’t let your opportunities pass you by.
