How to Handle Transitions if You’re a Grantseeker

Every company or nonprofit goes through a transition at some point over their lifespan. Take a look at Yahoo! and their transition of power with regards to their CEO and all the changes that could happen in the future as a result of the transition. Now this isn’t to say that your nonprofit is going to go through major changes like this, but changes in power happen and so do changes in the foundations you deal with. It affects everybody in your organization, especially the people dealing with grants. But there are ways to deal with all of this chaos and for your grantseekers to come out on top.
