How to Fundraise for a Cause No One Seems to Care About

No one said that your job as a nonprofit fundraiser was easy. Obviously. But unless your nonprofit supports sick children, animals or some other photography-friendly cause, yours is an especially trying task.

Beneficiaries that naturally stir supporters’ emotions lend themselves to nonprofit fundraising on social media, for example. But many nonprofit causes—maybe yours—aren’t so emotional. A lot of you are struggling to fundraise for less-than-sharable subjects, such as museums. But help is on the way.
